Returns Policy

I hope that you will be delighted with your original art from Caliston Art. If for some reason you would like to return an item, a refund will be offered if returned within 14 days of you receiving it.  The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

 

All returns must be posted by tracked and recorded delivery.  The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that commissions cannot be returned. 

To start a return, please contact calistonart@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
